Standards
Editorial Policy
Everleaf Journal publishes general educational content on healthy living. Our editorial standards exist so that readers can trust the tone, accuracy, and independence of our writing.
Purpose
Content on this website is educational, not medical. It is intended to inform and inspire, not to diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
Sourcing
Editors select sources carefully and prefer reputable public health guidance and established reference works. We avoid unsupported claims and speculative statistics.
Medical claims
We avoid promises of specific health outcomes. Language such as "may support", "can be part of", and "some people find" is preferred over absolute statements.
Advertising and sponsorship
Any sponsored content will be clearly labelled and separated from editorial coverage. See the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy for details.
Dates and reviews
Every article displays a publication date, and — where relevant — a last-reviewed date.
Corrections
We welcome correction requests via our contact page. Substantive changes are noted on the article.
Individual variation
Individual needs and results vary. Our content is not a replacement for professional advice.
